The PRO and Enterprise plans from Acumbamail offer advanced tools to make the most of your email marketing campaigns. Once you subscribe to one or the other, you can check at any time the extra features included in your plan from the My extras section in your plan details. In this article, we explain in detail how to make use of the features included in both plans:

Send to each subscriber at their most active time
Our system analyzes the previous behavior of each subscriber with your past campaigns, and each one will be sent at the time when they statistically have the highest chances of opening the email within the next 24 hours from when you send the campaign. You will find this feature in step 5 of campaign creation and you will need to activate it before proceeding with the sending.
Automatic resend to non-openers
You also have the option to resend the campaign to those who have not opened it, with a new subject line (you cannot resend it with the same subject as the first time), after the time you have configured for it in this same section. You will find this feature in step 5 of campaign creation and you will need to activate it before proceeding with the sending.
Check the quality of your campaign
This feature will evaluate different parameters of your campaign.
SPF and DKIM signature
The configuration of DKIM and SPF and the verification of the sender's domain have a direct impact on deliverability. This analysis will indicate whether both processes have been carried out correctly.
Analysis with SPAM Assassin
Spam Assassin is a tool that analyzes the factors that can cause your sending to fall into SPAM filters. If it finds any errors that you need to correct, it will indicate them in this section.
Link analysis
We will also analyze all the links included in your campaign, and that their corresponding URLs work correctly.
Analysis of prohibited words
There are a number of words that it is advisable not to include either in the subject or in the body of the email, as they are commonly used in unwanted emails or illegal practices such as phishing. If you have included any of these words in your campaign, you can consult them in this section.
Analysis of the best time slot
Based on the data from your previous campaigns, we will analyze what the best time slot is for your campaigns to achieve more opens and interactions, and this time will be available for you to schedule your sends.
To activate this feature, select the option Calculate time slot in the Extras section about sends from the My extras tab:
List optimization
In the Lists section within the Newsletters section in the left panel of your account, double-click on one of your lists and go to the Advanced tab.
With the Optimize list option, you will have access to a section where you can set parameters for your subscribers to be automatically removed in case they bounce a certain number of soft bounces, do not open X campaigns, do not open campaigns within a certain time, or do not click on links. This way, you will maintain a list with the most active subscribers and achieve a higher open rate and increase deliverability.
List quality
In the Lists section within the Newsletters section in the left panel of your account, double-click on one of your lists and go to the Advanced tab.
In the Analyze list quality section, you will be able to check the quality of the subscribers on your list. This analysis runs an internal algorithm that looks for emails likely to belong to purchased databases, hard bounces, spam traps (emails that use anti-spam services to detect low-quality lists), emails from temporary domains, blacklists, etc.
Once the analysis is complete, it will give you the option to remove those subscribers from your list. For security reasons, at no time are those subscribers shown. Once you confirm the removal of these subscribers, they will be automatically removed from the list and the process is irreversible.
Finally, the analysis tool will give your list a quality score.
If you want to keep your list clean of low-quality emails at all times, remember to repeat this process every time you import to your existing list.
Facebook audiences
With this option, you can generate Facebook audiences from your subscriber lists to advertise your products and services through this social network.
To create an audience, you need to go to the Audiences tab within a specific subscriber list:
Once there, you will need to click on Login Facebook to connect Acumbamail and your Facebook account.
Select your account, grant the necessary permissions, and you will have linked Acumbamail to Facebook.
Next, click on New audience for your ads.
You will need to name your audience and select your company's ad account (you will need to have permission to it from your personal Facebook). Here you will have the option to sync the entire list with Facebook or just a segment you have previously created. Select the audience already created on Facebook where you want to add your subscribers and, finally, click on Add.
Priority support
At Acumbamail, we are committed to providing the best assistance to all our clients. However, with the Enterprise plan, your inquiries will be prioritized when being answered and resolved.
Email marketing consulting
If you have a PRO plan subscribed, you will have the option to request a free email marketing consultation per month for us to examine your campaigns in detail and help you improve them in all aspects.
On the other hand, if you have an Enterprise plan, you can request a consultation with our team whenever you need it, and you will be assigned an Account Manager specifically dedicated to helping you optimize your email campaigns.
White label
These two plans also allow you to customize the platform and split your rate among several clients. To learn how to create an agency account, you have all the information in this article.
Priority in the sending queue
Your campaigns will have priority in the sending queue, avoiding possible delays in case the volume of campaigns is higher than usual that day.
Tests on different devices
In the last step of campaign creation, you can perform a preview of the email on different devices, email clients, and browsers. Each test has an additional cost of two euros, but with the PRO and Enterprise plans, you will have 10 and 100 free tests per month respectively.
Dedicated IP
With the Enterprise plan, you have the option to send your emails from a dedicated IP. Once you have subscribed to the plan, contact our support team to proceed with its configuration.
Custom domain for landing pages
With both plans, you have the option to create and publish your landing pages using your own domain in the resulting URL. For more information, you can access our landing pages guide here.
Custom data processing contract
All our clients with a paid plan can sign a standard data processing contract, reviewed by our GDPR advisor to comply with all guarantees.
However, those clients with a PRO or Enterprise plan who, due to company policy, require modifications to that contract, or for us to review a specific one with our advisor, can contact our support team for us to review it.
