Import Templates
Although Acumbamail offers you more than 260 templates that you can customize, you also have the option to import your own template to the platform. Keep in mind that this template must be in a specific HTML format for email, so that it displays correctly for all email clients (Gmail, Hotmail...) and you do not encounter any deliverability issues.

Options for importing a template
To import your own HTML template to use in Acumbamail, you must first go to the Templates section within Newsletters. Then, click the blue button at the top right side of New Template and then click on Import in the white bar.
You can also import your own template while you are creating an email campaign on the fly.
When importing a template, you have the following options that we explain below:
Import template from a URL
You can select the option to import your template from a URL where it is hosted.
All you need to do is copy the URL of the template and click on Import.
Paste HTML
You can also paste the HTML code directly.
For security reasons, pasting JavaScript code is not allowed. Once you have pasted the code, you can import the template.
Upload HTML
Another option is to upload an HTML file directly from your computer.
Import ZIP
Finally, you have the option to import a ZIP file that contains the HTML file of your template and the images you want to include in it.
To do this, you must create a ZIP file that contains the HTML file at the same level as the folder with the images. It is important that these images are referenced in the HTML code of the template locally, as in the following example:
When you import the ZIP file, your images will be hosted in Acumbamail, and your template will be available for editing.
Edit the imported template
Once you have imported your template using one of the available options, you will be able to modify it with the editor and save it for use in your campaigns.
