Previewing emails on different devices, clients, and browsers

When you send an email marketing campaign, your subscribers can open the emails you've sent on a wide variety of devices and email clients. The fact that you send a test to your own address does not mean that the display will be equally suitable for all users.

Depending on the device ( desktop, tablet, mobile) and the peculiarities of each one (screen size, resolution, etc.), the display can be different. It is very important to have carried out a responsive design to ensure correct display on all types of screens. All our customizable templates guarantee this type of design.

The same thing happens with different email clients. Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook... There is a wide variety, and each one interprets the code of the emails differently. Because of this, an email that looks correct in one, may encounter some problem in another.

How can you preview emails on different devices and email clients with the Acumbamail editor?

In the last step of the creation of your campaign, you can launch a test that, automatically, will be sent and opened on different devices and clients.

A screenshot will be taken on each of them. In this way, you can check for possible errors or incorrect displays. In step 5 (Shipping), press the button "Test on 80 browsers / devices":
