Information about pricing plans
Acumbamail's services are mostly paid, and monthly subscriptions are usually purchased to access the services. There are various types of plans and payment methods to adapt to the specific needs of each business. None of the plans have permanence (except for monthly SMS subscriptions), so you can change and cancel a plan whenever you want.

Email payment rates
At Acumbamail you have three different email sending plans with different functionalities and fixed extras prices. These three monthly or yearly recurring plans have a base price that will increase depending on the emails you want to send monthly or the fixed number of subscribers or email addresses to which you want to send unlimited emails:
- Basic Plan : With the basic plan you can send email campaigns without the Acumbamail logo, have unlimited access to our drag&drop template editor with more than 850 fully customizable templates , save 1 custom row within the editor, complete campaign reports, dynamic forms ( pop-up , exit intent ) and automations, among other features. In addition, you can receive real-time support from the platform chat, email and phone.
- PRO Plan: This plan includes the possibility of creating more automations and being able to save more rows in the template editor. It also includes some more advanced features to get the most out of your campaigns, such as automatic forwarding to unopened emails, list cleaning and optimization, integration of your lists with Facebook Ads audiences, creation of a white label or the possibility of publishing landing pages with a custom domain. You will also be able to enjoy one email marketing consultation per month.
- Enterprise Plan : You will be able to access all the features without limitations, hire a dedicated IP for sending if you want, have priority support and have an assigned Account Manager to help you get the best results.

How to choose the right plan?
Once you've decided on the features that best fit your specific needs, all that's left to do is consider the number of emails you plan to send. Depending on this, you'll be better off choosing your plan based on the number of emails you send or the number of subscribers:
- Number of shipments: To put it simply, a shipment is equivalent to an email sent to a single email address. This option is interesting when you are not going to send many shipments to the same list of subscribers or addresses, since it is more profitable. The number of subscribers that can be imported is unlimited. In addition, this option is more flexible since you can buy extra credits when the plan runs out to be able to continue sending.
- Number of subscribers: This option is ideal if you plan to send a significant number of emails to a fixed number of email addresses. This way, you can send an unlimited number of emails per month to a limited number of subscribers (receiving email addresses).
- Prepaid credits: If you need to send emails on a one-off basis or without a fixed recurrence, there is the option of purchasing a fixed email package (prepaid credits). These packages will allow you to send a certain number of emails, for an unlimited period of time. They are more expensive than recurring rates, but some clients find them more profitable since a single payment is made and the credits accumulate in the account waiting to be used, with an expiration of 2 years. By default, if you purchase a prepaid credit package you will have access to the features included in the Basic plan .
To contract any of these plans, go to the My Account section in the Acumbamail side menu and click on the Contract rates/credits option:
Once you have done this, a screen will appear with the different types of shipping methods. You can select the option you want from the top menu:
Depending on the selected shipping method (shipping, subscribers or prepaid), you will be able to see the price broken down in euro or USD for each plan:
SMS payment rates
With the Pro and Enterprise email plans you have a fixed number of SMS per month that you can use. However, if you need a specific plan for sending SMS, you have two options:
- Prepaid SMS package: Purchase the SMS you need in a single payment. They will be available in your account at all times, with a 2-year expiration date.
- Monthly rate: These are 10% cheaper than a package; unused SMS are carried over from month to month and you can cancel whenever you want, but keep in mind that you will lose the accumulated SMS when you cancel the plan. Our monthly plans have a minimum permanence of four months.
To hire a plan of SMS, go to the section of Hire plans/credits a> inside the My Account button in the Acumbamail side menu:
Next, select the SMS option in the top tab. In the right corner you can select the prepaid or monthly option:
Select the option you want and click on Sign up, where you will proceed to add a payment method and add your billing information if it is the first time you make a payment on the platform, or you will have to confirm the payment if you have already included a payment method previously.
Available payment methods
At Acumbamail we do not store your banking information, account numbers, or card numbers . All information related to your payment methods is stored in the payment processors, Stripe for bank cards and GoCardless for direct debits, through a secure process in which your information does not even pass through our servers. You can choose between several available payment methods:
- Credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express cards can be used. You can use it to pay for any type of plan. If you have a recurring plan, it is best not to use a virtual card, as subsequent charges will be frozen and you will have to enter it manually each month, blocking your account while you carry out the process.
- Direct debit: Direct debit is another payment method that is allowed. This service is offered to customers we consider trustworthy. If at any time it does not appear to you, you can contact our support and provide your details to activate it. It can also be used on any of the available rates.
- Bank transfer: We only offer this payment method if you purchase large plans yearlys or plans of email or SMS credits. The reason is that managing this type of payment method is myearly and requires work for our support staff, so we try to keep it to a minimum. In the event that you wish to pay a plan yearly by transfer, please contact our support.
At the moment, we do not contemplate payment by Paypal .
Renewal of monthly rates
All monthly plans will be renewed after 30 calendar days, counting from the day the plan was paid. If you change your plan, your renewal date will be 30 days from the day you make the change. The change of plan is effective at the moment you request it.
If for any reason your payment method does not allow payments, your account will be automatically blocked and you will be notified by email to enter a new payment method. Please note that if your account is blocked, your automations will be paused and transactional shipments will not be sent, so try, as far as possible, to have several payment methods available to avoid blockages.
Credit consumption when your plan has run out and you need more
There is a chance that in certain months you will not have enough shipments with the plan you have contracted and you need to send some more. There are two options you can consider: a change of plan or use extra shipments. The price of extra shipments depends on the plan you have contracted, you can consult them in the following table:

There are three possibilities in which you can use extra credits:
- In the last step of campaign creation, if you press the send campaign button and you do not have credits, you will be informed of how much it will cost to send that campaign.
- If you schedule a campaign to be sent on a certain date and you run out of credits at that time, you will be charged for the credits extra automatically and, if your payment method is fine, the campaign will be sent.
- If you are sending transactional emails via SMTP server and you exceed your sending limits, you will be charged extra credits.
For sending campaigns (both manual and scheduled) you will be charged a minimum of €1 per campaign sent. extra credits are useful if the next scale of plans means spending more money, otherwise you should make a change of plan.

Changes of plan
In Acumbamail you can change your plan whenever you want, either to a higher or lower plan. Changing your plan will cause your renewal date to be updated to 30 calendar days from the date of the change.
You can make as many plan changes as you want and there is no penalty for doing so, but we recommend that you use up your plan before making the plan change, since the shipments you have left to make will be lost and you will not be entitled to any type of refund. We do not charge the difference for changing the plan, except if you want to change a plan yearly to a larger one. In that case, contact our support.
Pause a recurring plan
You can pause a recurring plan contract for 30 days. Once you activate it, the pause will take effect immediately and will last for the following 30 days, during which time you will not be able to use your account and you will not be charged anything.
Once these 30 days have passed, the account will be reactivated and we will charge you the corresponding monthly fee. You can see the reactivation date at any time from the My Rate section in My Account . You can also reactivate your account from this same page before the 30 days have passed.
Cancel a recurring plan
Please note that before cancelling your recurring plan you must delete your subscriber lists and that your plan will be instantly cancelled, losing any outstanding credits. Prepaid or SMS credits will not be deleted. To cancel your plan follow these steps:
