Woocommerce
If you are already using our WordPress plugin, you should know that it also has specific support for WooCommerce.
If you have the WooCommerce plugin activated on your WordPress, you will see two different options in the sidebar menu, one to integrate Acumbamail forms and another to configure our integration with WooCommerce, as you can see in the image below:

To configure this extension, you must enter your auth token, which you can get from the My account page (My account > Preferences).
Once the auth token is configured, a dropdown will display the lists associated with your user. Select the desired list and click the "Save changes" button again. You can also configure the phrase that will be shown in the subscription confirmation checkbox. If you do not configure any phrase, a default one will be displayed.

When the billing form is fully loaded, a checkbox will appear for the customer to mark whether they want to subscribe to the list configured for buyers. From this moment on, when the customer checks the checkbox and their order changes to one of the configured statuses, they will be automatically subscribed to the selected list.
Order statuses that subscribe the customer
By default, the customer is subscribed when the order changes to Processing. This status is always included. You can also check:
- Completed: recommended if you sell downloadable or virtual products, because these orders usually go straight to Completed without going through Processing.
- On hold: for example, for orders paid by bank transfer, which stay On hold until you confirm the payment. If you do not check it, the customer will be subscribed when the order changes to Processing.
Each order subscribes the customer only once, even if it goes through several of the selected statuses. Customers who are already on the list are not subscribed again.
Send confirmation email (double opt-in)
If you enable this setting, customers who check the checkbox will receive a confirmation email and will only be added as active subscribers once they confirm. The email is sent only once per order. The setting is disabled by default: as the data controller of your customers' data, it is up to you to decide how to collect and record their consent under the regulations that apply to your business. We recommend enabling double opt-in.
Remember to click "Save changes" after modifying these settings.
